The Pitch Workspace Team
The Center Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service to members and building management by creating a cohesive and prosperous office and coworking environment. The Community Manager’s primary responsibility is to serve as the face of the center and provide excellent service to every individual they come into contact with. They are the first and last Impression of anyone entering/leaving the facility. They are the go-to person, on-site Concierge and community liaison to all.

My name is Courtney Conway, Community Manager at The Pitch at the Loop. I joined Flex in June of 2021 bringing 8 years of hospitality experience with me. My passion is for fostering workplace relationships that grow into lifelong partnerships. Hi, I’m Kelsi Evans, Center Manager at The Pitch at The Wharf. I’ve been with Flex by JLL for almost 2 years and bring 7 years of hospitality and customer service experience. I’m passionate about building relationships with business owners and providing solutions that meet their current needs. What I love about Flex is the community it builds between businesses and their owners and finding unique ways to support their growth.

My name is Abby Dean, and I am the Client Services Manager at The Pitch at the Loop. I joined Flex by JLL in August 2023 and bring a customer service, sales, and marketing background. My role allows me to merge these experiences to deliver outstanding service and foster lasting client relationships. What I love about Flex is the blend of productivity and community. There is a workspace for every mood and task!
Eric Shirvani
Hi I’m Eric Shirvani, Community Manager of DC’s premier coworking space, The Pitch at the Wharf. I’ve worked in property management for 6 years with experience in both residential and commercial. Currently, I’m passionate about providing 5-star service to our clients, along with Kelsi, we strive to create a fun/safe environment to nurture productivity across teams. I love that flex offers me the unique opportunity to work alongside entrepreneurs in a modern environment while allowing me the flexibility to solve problems with a hands-on approach that I’m accustomed too.
Jarrett Griffin
Hi I’m Jarrett Griffin, Community Manager of DC’s premier coworking space, The Pitch at the Wharf. Jarrett has called the DMV area home for the last five years as a young bubbling professional in the industry, in which he has been able to perform as a key player for management teams across various hospitality and property management organizations. Jarrett’s origins are rooted in sunny Jacksonville, Florida as his southern charm motivates him to achieve and maintain a gold standard in customer service and create sanctuary for customers & clients in all aspects – Seeking to leave a lasting impression with everyone he encounters!
